Start learning programming in Scratch with Google CS First's unit on Game Design, where you wil learn how to program several special effects, including the appearance of characters.  Click to see the promo video!  This is a great class for students who have taken a few Scratch classes or another progamming language.

The clas has eight lessons, and we'll be doing 1 per weekday plus two bonus project days, May 4-15 from 9 to 10 a.m.  Homework isn't required, but it's fun!  And we'll be showing some of the best student projects at the start of each new day.

This class combines all the skills you want your kids to master:  problem solving, creativity, logic, collaboration, and applying new skills in useful ways!
