Start learning programming in Scratch with Google CS First's unit on Music & Sound, where you wil learn how to program a dance party, talent show and music video, and learn other essential programming skills.  Click to see the promo video!  This is a great class for students who are new to programming.

The clas has eight lessons, and we'll be doing one during each class.  Homework isn't required, but it's fun!  And we'll be showing some of the best student projects at the start of each new day.

This class combines all the skills you want your kids to master:  problem solving, creativity, logic, collaboration, and applying new skills in useful ways!  

Each student needs a computer or tablet that meets the system requirements at https://scratch.mit.edu/info/faq, or you can try the Scratch app editor.  

Classes are 3-4 p.m. on Mon/Wed/Fri beginning on Wednesday, July 29, 2020.  You will be sent a link to a Zoom meeting.
